Founder

Professionally qualified CA, LLB and an alumni of Delhi University in B.Com (Hons). He has done various certifications including the likes of IND-AS from KPMG(One of the "Big 4" accounting firms) and Leadership from IIM(A).
Possess a professional experience of over 27 years in Fund raising, financial services, compliances, risk assessment, business process re-engineering, tax compliances, SOP preparation, EBIDTA augmentation, internal control design, tax litigations, SAP (ERP) implementation, Treasury management and Annual operating Business Plans.
He has worked across diversified sectors assuming the role of Chief Financial officer (Finleads), Finance Head, Team leader whilst working closely with the management and ensuring delivery of larger organizational goals.
Major sectors worked includes Automobile, Cement, Packaging, Fashion and Apparel such as Hero MotoCorp ltd, Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd, DLF Cement (Now Gujrat Ambuja), Jindal polyfilms Ltd and his recent stint was with Aqualite Industries Pvt Ltd as their Finleads.

Shubham

Shubham is currently in his final year of the prestigious Chartered accountancy course.
He is currently pursuing his industrial training with a MNC FMCG company and have completed his articleship from Grant thornton bharat LLP.
Along with CA, he is also pursuing the CFA course and have completed the first level of the same.
Due to his work experience with big clients, he brings in a plethora of working level knowledge and expertise to the table.
